1. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

United States (Domestic): 10–14 business days

International Orders: 10–14 business days (delivery time may vary by destination)

3. How much is shipping?

Free shipping on all orders over $35

A $3.99 flat fee applies to orders under $35

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide (except embargoed countries).
Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

With tags and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

8. What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care goods (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

10. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

11. What is the EU 14-day cooling-off period?
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the standard return conditions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
