What It Is / How It Works

This phone armband is a wearable holder that straps a phone to the upper arm for outdoor fitness and running. It is built from waterproof nylon material with a breathable mesh panel, and it is compatible with Apple iPhones. The band is sized at 180 × 9.5 cm and weighs 73 g, with an arm circumference range of 14cm-83cm. A headphone jack opening keeps wired audio accessible while you move.

Who It's For / Use Cases

Armband phone holders suit runners, walkers, and gym-goers who want their phone secured on the arm instead of held in a hand or bouncing in a pocket. They fit outdoor training in rain or sweat, and the headphone jack opening suits listeners who use wired earbuds. The adjustable band spans a wide arm circumference range, so it works for different body types.

How to Use / Care

1. Slide your phone into the armband holder and route the headphone cable through the jack opening.
2. Wrap the band around your upper arm and adjust the strap to a snug, comfortable position.
3. Check that the phone sits securely and the band does not slip before you start moving.

How to Choose

Choose an armband by checking the arm circumference range against your own measurement, confirming the holder fits your phone model, and picking a color that matches your gear. The waterproof nylon material and breathable mesh are worth weighing if you train outdoors often.
