Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered (based on the carrier tracking confirmation) to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All return requests must first be initiated through email to ensure traceability and proper handling.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we cover the full return shipping cost.
For all other return reasons (including change of mind, unwanted item, or buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund of Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
For all other return reasons, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

No Hidden Fees
We do not charge restocking fees, handling fees, or any additional processing charges on returns.

International Returns
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to returning products from outside the United States.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order becomes lost in transit or does not arrive, contact us at info@onlytenbucks.com.
We will open a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your items upon delivery and notify us immediately with photos.
If confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Return Denial Criteria
We may decline a return request if:

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not present at delivery.

  • The item is missing original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on bank processing timelines.

Exchanges
If you prefer a different product, return the item first. After approval, place a new order.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Customers must notify us via email before shipping any returns.
Return address and handling instructions will be shared after confirmation.
