1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over transit timelines, scanning frequency, or customs handling, and delays may occur.

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by destination (12–35 business days depending on destination, warehouse availability, and customs processing).

We operate using a dropshipping fulfillment model, where orders may be shipped directly from our partnered warehouses or suppliers depending on availability and location. Items may ship from supplier warehouses in the United States, China, or other countries, depending on stock availability. This is why delivery times vary by product and region. This fulfillment model allows us to offer a wider product variety, and all suppliers we work with are verified for product quality, packaging standards, and shipment handling procedures.

Customers are responsible for:

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We currently ship worldwide (except to embargoed countries).

Restricted Shipping Destinations

Please note that we are unable to ship orders to countries and regions under comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes.
As of now, we do not ship to the following locations:

Cuba

Iran

North Korea

Syria

Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted.

5. LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@onlytenbucks.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

We may require photos of damaged items for resolution.
