Items may ship from supplier warehouses in the United States, China, or other countries, depending on stock availability. This is why delivery times vary by product and region. This fulfillment model allows us to offer a wider product variety, and all suppliers we work with are verified for product quality, packaging standards, and shipment handling procedures.

Customers are responsible for:

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@onlytenbucks.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
We may require photos of damaged items for resolution.
